Looking for student digs in Plymouth? We have currently two premises registered for student rental accommodation in Plymouth. Regent House and Pageant Court both provide well-managed student accommodation in Plymouth, within easy walking distance of Plymouth University.

The Properties meets all official requirements for student letting and are registered on the Plymouth University database as ‘A’ Grade accommodation.

The accommodation has been awarded the Gold award for security and a fire alarm system is installed with fire doors. CCTV security is installed to cover entrance & exits.

All rooms are fully furnished, and the majority have private toilet facilities or in the case of Pageant Court, en-suite facilities. All rooms are C.H. with PVC double-glazing and have computer/telephone connections installed plus house network.
