Looking for a student house in Plymouth? We have currently two premises registered for student rental accommodation in Plymouth. Regent House and Pagent Court both provide well-managed student accommodation in Plymouth, within easy walking distance of Plymouth University.

Both Properties meets all official requirements for student letting and are registered on the Plymouth University database as ‘A’ Grade accommodation.

The accommodation Regent House has been awarded the Gold award for security and a fire alarm system is installed with fire doors. CCTV security is installed to cover entrance & exits.

All rooms are fully furnished, and the majority have private toilet facilities or in the case of Pagent Court all 8 rooms have en-suite shower, toilet & wash hand basin.  All rooms are G.C.H. with PVC double-glazing and have computer/telephone connections installed plus house network.
